Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of switchgear and electrical products in the Delhi region, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training for customers to position our solutions effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular market feedback and reports to management for business planning.

Key Skills Competencies

  • Deep Technical Product Knowledge – Thorough understanding of LV/MV switchgear products, panels, and related electrical systems.
  • Industry Market Awareness – Knowledge of Delhi and surrounding industrial markets, customer segments, and competitors.
  • Strong Commercial Negotiation Acumen – Ability to structure deals, negotiate effectively, and close sales profitably.
  • Resilience Self-Motivation – High level of drive, ability to work independently, and perseverance in challenging sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferred).

Additional Information

  • Based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
  • Strong industry network in the region.
  • Demonstrated passion for technical sales and customer engagement.
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in sales of electrical/switchgear products, preferably with leading brands or panel builders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Delhi region or similar markets.
