Developing the plan / strategy for the brand ( Operational and Strategic Plan) & gaining support from internal and external stakeholders
Leading the innovation agenda from Ideation to Launch as per Brand Strategy
Ensuring timely Implementation of brand plans for HCPs as per annual brand plan calendar
Identifying and drawing up any corrective action plan required based on opportunities and challenges
Constantly tracking brand performance on various performance matrix of Internal & External data trends
Build plan and equity for KOL / KBL Management
Handle brand P&L and liaison with all the stakeholders
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Work Experience
10- 12 years of Brand management exposure along with 3-4 years of team handling experience
Education
Graduation in Pharmacy
Masters in Business Management
