Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To manage and oversee the medical device vigilance / pharmacovigilance platform.

To ensure smooth project performance, compliance, and delivery of services.

To support product performance monitoring, complaints, and adverse event reporting.

To coordinate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations).

To manage team performance, training, and capability development.

Must Have Skills

Should have around 7+ years of managerial experience in life sciences / pharmacovigilance / medical device vigilance.

Should have experience in a clinical, regulated, life sciences or healthcare environment.

Should have Project delivery and service management experience in healthcare or PV operations.

Must have Team leadership and people management experience.
