Software Developer

The Role

As part of the expanding Software Development team, you’ll play a key role in designing, enhancing, and scaling a modern Cloud-based platform built with the latest technologies, including Vue.js 3, .NET Core, Docker, and Azure Cloud.

You’ll collaborate across agile teams to deliver industry-leading software solutions, contribute to continuous improvement, and help guide junior developers as the business scales internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product/project managers to build top-quality software.
• Write robust, testable code that meets internal standards and passes code reviews.
• Deliver work through the Jira issue management system and participate in sprint meetings twice monthly.
• Develop and enhance architecture in existing and new products/features.
• Maintain high code quality, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
• Take ownership of personal development and share best practices within the team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• .NET (Core, WebAPI, Kestrel) and C#
• Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Entity Framework Core, Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and teamwork
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency with Azure Cloud
• Experience in Vue.js
• Skilled in .NET Core and Docker
• Familiarity with Jira
• Legacy knowledge of VB.NET and ASP Web Forms
