Job Description

Lead mechanical design strategy for data centres, covering HVAC, chilled water/air systems, advanced cooling (DCLC, immersion), and performance metrics like PUE and ΔT.
Manage CSA-MEP coordination, design reviews, and vendor/RFP processes including specs, BoQs, evaluations, and compliance.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing to validate redundancy and efficiency.
Ensure code compliance, maintain risk registers, and coordinate with contractors, OEMs, consultants, and IT teams for smooth project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
10-15+ years of experience in data centre design, construction, and commissioning.
Proven delivery experience across 100+ MW of IT load, preferably in Tier‑1 cities.
Strong hands‑on expertise in advanced cooling technologies, including liquid cooling (DCLC/immersion).
Demonstrated ability to achieve low PUE performance (1.1-1.4) at scale.
Professional certifications such as CDCP®, CDCS®, or higher are preferred.
