Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, taxation, and compliance.

The role requires the ability to handle project-based financial operations, coordinate with site teams, monitor project expenses, and ensure proper financial management of solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities for solar EPC projects.
- Monitor project expenses, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate recording of project costs, invoices, and financial transactions.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track project costs and ensure effective cost control measures.
- Provide financial insights to support project profitability and decision-making.
Site Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Monitor site-related expenditures including logistics, procurement, and operational costs.
- Resolve financial and payment-related issues at the project site.
Vendor Payments & Contract Management
- Manage vendor billing, contractor payments, and invoice verification.
- Ensure timely processing of payments in line with contract terms.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for financial validation of contracts and purchase orders.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory financial regulations.
- Manage financial documentation and statutory filings.
- Support audits by maintaining proper financial records and documentation.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide management with MIS reports and financial analysis related to project performance.
- Support senior management in financial planning and strategy.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise accounts executives and finance staff.
- Ensure effective coordination between finance, procurement, and project teams.
- Provide guidance on financial policies and accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, taxation, and financial compliance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling financial operations for solar EPC project sites.
- Strong understanding of project cost management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
