Role Description The ideal candidate will combine strong backend development expertise (Django) with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps , CI/CD automation, and enterprise application deployment across hybrid environments. You will play a key role in architecting and deploying MyBizz ERP solutions ? both in the cloud and on customer-managed servers.. Key Responsibilities Backend Development (Django): Design, build, and maintain scalable Django-based enterprise modules and REST APIs . Optimize backend logic, data processing, and API response times. Integrate MyBizz ERP services with third-party enterprise systems and APIs. Azure DevOps & Deployment: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for both on-premises and Azure cloud environments . Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps , Docker , and Kubernetes . Configure infrastructure for high-availability, security, and performance optimization. Work with IT/Infra teams for versioning, patch deployment, and system monitoring. Enterprise System Integration & Deployment: Plan and execute deployment of large-scale applications similar to SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP . Implement data migration, upgrade, and rollback strategies. Ensure seamless integration between cloud and customer-managed systems. Maintain documentation for deployment architecture, versioning, and configuration Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of proven experience in Python and Django . Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). Solid understanding and experience in implementation of on-premises and cloud (Azure) deployment models. Experience with large enterprise systems such as SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent . Proficiency in Docker , Kubernetes , Git , and Linux-based environments . Database skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL , and familiarity with caching (Redis). Strong understanding of CI/CD automation , security compliance , and scalability practices . Experience in API-based integrations with ERP or financial systems. Exposure to microservices and distributed architecture . Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and DevSecOps frameworks .
