Job Description

Responsibilities

Handle E2E bid and presales activity
Project planning to ensure closure of growth initiatives
Resource & cross functional team management
Timely closure of growth initiatives
Stakeholder management and inter BU communications
Strategic support; incl. and not limited to reporting and status monitoring for cross SGU &/or IMU leadership initiatives
Adhoc support for growth initiatives, in terms of, solution whiteboarding, and thought leadership
Mentoring of Junior resources

Required Skills

Preferable to have U.S. Healthcare knowledge
Leadership & accountability
Strong communication and command on the subject in-hand
Organizational skills
Critical thinking and time management
Technical skills – Proficient in MS office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
Ability to conceptualize and ideate; and envision growth path in an ever evolving U.S. healthcare landscape
Willingness to learn and grind
