Senior Manager - Commercial Lines - Techno Marketing

Responsibilities -

1. Review and evaluate commercial insurance proposals from corporate clients.
2. Assess risk level, coverage requirements, and decide policy terms and pricing.
3. Ensure proposals follow company underwriting guidelines and regulatory rules.
4. Work closely with brokers, partners, and sales teams to convert proposals into policies.
5. Support business growth through techno-marketing, combining technical underwriting expertise with market insights.
6. Provide technical support and product knowledge to distribution partners.
7. Work in a client-facing role, interacting with brokers, partners, and corporate clients to understand risk exposure and insurance requirements.
8. Analyze market trends and competitor products to improve product positioning.

Requirements -

1. Graduate or Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting in the insurance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of risk assessment, policy structuring, and premium pricing.
4. Experience working with brokers, partners, and corporate clients.
5. Good understanding of commercial insurance products (Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability, etc.).
6. III certification (or similar insurance certification) preferred.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
