Senior Logistics Coordinator

About The Role

The Senior Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of daily B2B logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods across the supply chain. The role involves coordinating with warehouses, transporters, retail stores, vendors, and customers while driving operational excellence, maintaining delivery SLAs, and supporting process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

• Plan and execute daily B2B logistics order movements to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, retail stores, and customers for efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage vehicle planning, routing, dispatch scheduling, and transportation activities.
• Monitor delivery performance against SLAs and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Coordinate inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and logistics documentation.
• Manage vendor and transporter relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely service delivery.
• Prepare and analyze daily MIS reports, logistics dashboards, and operational performance reports.
• Handle customer escalations, investigate root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Support to optimize logistics performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B operations.
• Proven experience in coordinating with warehouses, transporters, vendors, and customers.
• Experience managing dispatch planning, delivery operations, and logistics reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for operational reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, or logistics management systems is preferred.
