The company builds scalable digital platforms and services for global travel brands and focuses on delivering high-performance solutions using modern DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.

Role Overview

The Senior Java Developer will work closely with client-side Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The role involves working in a modern DevOps environment with strong emphasis on Java development, REST API design, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring using Grafana. The candidate will contribute to building reliable services while ensuring high system performance, observability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Groovy
• Design and build RESTful APIs for system integrations and services
• Collaborate with client Scrum teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows
• Monitor system performance and health using Grafana and monitoring tools
• Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and feature development
• Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and proof of concepts (POCs) for new requirements
• Identify and resolve technical issues quickly through effective troubleshooting
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java development (core development experience required)
• Strong expertise in Java and Groovy
• Experience building and integrating RESTful Web APIs
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipeline configuration
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
