Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers. This role focuses on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and qualification, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other outbound channels
  • Execute outbound activities: cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the Sales/Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly outreach and meeting targets



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and SaaS sales cycles
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.


Preferred Qualification (Nice to have)

  • Experience in SaaS / B2B / Tech sales
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or prospecting tools
