Job Overview :-

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and robust software systems, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of the system.

Must Have :-

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Java applications.
Architect scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) to define and deliver solutions.
Good communication skills.
Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and provide technical mentorship.
Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Improve system design and architecture for enhanced performance and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and efficiently.

Technical Skills :-

5+ years of strong experience in Java (8 or above) development.

Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.

Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API and CI/CD pipelines development.

Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Proficient in Git, Maven/Gradle, JIRA, and Bitbucket/GitHub.

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.

Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (especially services like ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
