Job Overview

Note- This is a 1 year fixed term role with Client on Client payroll.

We are seeking an experienced Backend ATA (Backend Technical Architect) to develop scalable backend services for a new enterprise discovery platform. The role focuses on building APIs, integrating with search and knowledge graph platforms, and ensuring system scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
• Integrate backend systems with search and knowledge graph platforms
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
• Write clean, reusable code and implement testing practices
• Monitor applications and resolve production incidents
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision making
• Collaborate with frontend developers and engineering teams
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Node.js or similar backend technologies
• Experience building microservices and distributed systems
• Strong experience with REST APIs and backend architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or containerized environments
