Senior Interior Designer (Upto 5.5 LPA)

Role Description The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget, and translating these into cohesive interior design concepts. The consultant will create mood boards, floor plans, and furniture layouts, and recommend materials, colors, finishes, and décor elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and project teams, managing timelines, and overseeing implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned. The role also includes presenting design proposals, providing product recommendations, and supporting sales objectives by guiding clients toward suitable solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, color theory, and material selection, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Sales capabilities to present design solutions effectively and support conversion of leads into projects.
• Knowledge of Furniture, fixtures, and finishes, with the ability to recommend functional and stylish options.
• Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience using design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in residential interior design or home décor projects is an advantage.
