About the Role

Infra.Health is looking for creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our Planning & Design Department. The ideal candidates should have a strong design sense, material knowledge, and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and 3D views.
• Possess strong material knowledge and ability to identify finishes and textures suitable for each project.
• Prepare detailed specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Understand and apply standard market rates for materials and finishes to ensure cost-effective design.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for design execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, detailing, and design implementation.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and design accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.

• Experience:
• Senior Designer: 6+ years
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
