Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept development to execution, including space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting finishes and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients, the designer will ensure all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop innovative, functional, and visually appealing designs.
• Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with architects and contractors while ensuring design compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, including sourcing, selection, and specification, to curate cohesive design schemes.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills to oversee and guide design processes from start to finish.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills for understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or related fields; prior management experience is a plus.
