Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at Sukino Continuum Care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You will collaborate closely with departmental managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and strategize recruitment plans. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employer branding and implementing best recruitment practices to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Recruitment of Nurses, Doctors and other positions in hospitals.
- Experience with talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and organizational skills to track recruitment metrics and improve processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare or service sector
- Experience hiring for a diverse range of roles, including specialized healthcare positions
