Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. Key daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, implementing effective talent sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and handling recruitment reports. This position also involves optimizing recruitment methods and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment marketing
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset to track and improve recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment
