Role Overview

The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resource functions and supporting management in implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and systems. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with organisational objectives and statutory requirements
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit processes
  • Execute administrative jobs related to functioning of offices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and professional work environment
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR managerial role
  • Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be currently based in Ahmedabad
