Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

As a Senior Recruiter / Team Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, managing client mandates, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring quality closures across industries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance individual hiring targets with team oversight and client coordination.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiations
• Work closely with clients to understand and refine JD, expectations, and feedback
• Mentor and manage a small team of junior recruiters, allocate mandates, and track progress
• Use Vedita Ventures’ BARE Fit framework to evaluate candidate suitability
• Maintain database/trackers and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM tools
• Participate in weekly review calls and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment operations

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Number of closures per month (individual + team)
• Interview-to-offer and offer-to-join ratio
• TAT (Turnaround Time) per mandate
• Client satisfaction score (based on feedback)
• Team productivity and development metrics

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, niche channels)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Prior experience in client handling and mandate briefing

• Experience using ATS or CRM recruitment tools
• Prior experience hiring across functions (HR, Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
• Team mentoring or performance tracking exposure

Compensation & Benefits (B in BARE Fit)

₹2.40 – ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience)
