About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead key HR operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR policies, employee benefits, team management, compliance, budgeting, and process improvement while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the HR operations team, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
  • Manage gratuity-related processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Handle the Personal Accident Insurance Policy, including employee additions and updates.
  • Administer the Mediclaim policy for all group companies.
  • Develop, improve, and implement HR processes and ensure policy adherence.
  • Resolve and manage employee grievances escalated by the HR team.
  • Drive and implement new HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and execute Reward & Recognition programs for the field team.
  • Organize and coordinate annual training and development programs.
  • Manage employee incentive and annual increment processes.
  • Coordinate quarterly HR audits with external auditors and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and control manpower budgets.
  • Prepare and present HR MIS reports and dashboards for management.
Required Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or a multi-location organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Experience in HR budgeting, audits, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and MIS reporting.
