We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive with strong experience in HR Generalist functions, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Zoho HR systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in managing HRMS data using Zoho People and processing payroll through Zoho Payroll, while supporting employees in a fully remote environment.
HR Generalist & Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs in compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and statutory inputs for payroll processing
HRMS & Payroll (Zoho)
- Manage and maintain HRMS data using Zoho People, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Configure and manage attendance, leave, shift, and employee records in Zoho People
- Process monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and payslips
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll audits and statutory filings
Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards
- Strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on knowledge of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (mandatory)
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Candidates based in Kerala
- Prior experience managing HR and payroll for remote or hybrid teams
