Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 12-30 LPA)

We are seeking a Store Expansion Lead to own and scale the new store growth funnel—from lead generation to final store launch. This is a revenue-first role focused on building predictable, scalable expansion engines within a lead-driven sales model, with direct accountability for store-level outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Expansion Strategy & Demand Architecture
  • Design and execute the lead generation strategy for new store expansion across digital and offline channels.
  • Define expansion funnel targets, capacity planning, and throughput metrics (leads, meetings, onboarding).
  • Partner with leadership to translate expansion roadmaps into clear demand and revenue requirements.
  • Digital Demand & Agency Management
  • Manage external agencies and vendors across budgets, creatives, targeting, and cost-per-lead (CPL) goals.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, messaging, and channel effectiveness to improve lead quality.
  • Build structured experimentation frameworks to continuously enhance conversion and scalability.
  • Expansion Funnel Ownership
  • Own and manage the expansion funnel within CRM systems (Kylas or equivalent).
  • Define lead qualification criteria, stage gates, and handoff processes across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Track and optimize funnel performance from raw leads through onboarding and store launch.
  • Sales Enablement & Conversion Programs
  • Partner with inside sales and field teams to improve scripts, cadences, and conversion playbooks.
  • Design and run structured programs to improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-onboarding conversion rates.
  • Act as the central program owner coordinating marketing, telesales, field teams, and operations.
  • Run cross-channel experiments to identify and scale high-impact growth levers.
  • Expansion Analytics & Performance Management
  • Own dashboards and reporting for key metrics, including:
    • Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Percentage of relevant leads
    • Lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-onboarding conversion rates
    • Identify funnel bottlenecks and drive targeted interventions to improve throughput.
    • Present actionable expansion insights and performance updates to leadership.

    What We're Looking For

    • 4+ years of experience in growth, revenue, sales strategy, consulting, or go-to-market roles.
    • Strong background in high-growth startups, consulting firms, or scaled consumer businesses preferred.
    • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and managing lead-based funnels.
    • Exposure to retail, franchise, real estate, telecom, fintech, or multi-location business models is a strong advantage.
