Salary : 4.8 lpa to 5.4lpa

Experience required :4+years

Working hours : 9 am to 6 pm (6 days working)

• Experience in manufacturing hiring is mandatory
• HR consultancy background will be added an advantage
• Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR software solutions
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current employment regulations and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
