Role Description

The Senior HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings. The recruiter will also coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and provide a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and the organization. This is an on-site role based in Kozhikode.


Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years in core Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies
  • Strong interview, evaluation, and talent assessment skills
  • Experience in HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry is an advantage
