Job Description

Job Overview

We are a growing IT company in Hadapsar looking for a smart and people-oriented Senior HR Executive. You will be responsible for hiring top technical talent and managing the complete employee lifecycle. We need someone who can work independently and build a positive work culture.

Note: This is a Core HR profile (No Admin/Facility/Asset Management work).

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, QA) and non-tech roles.
  • Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals.
  • Screen candidates for communication skills and cultural fit before scheduling technical rounds.
  • Manage the entire interview coordination, feedback collection, and salary negotiation.
  • Reduce consultancy dependency by direct sourcing.

2. Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Ensure a seamless Onboarding Experience for new joiners (Documentation, Welcome Email, Induction).
  • Manage Background Verification (BGV) checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (Master Data) and personal files.
  • Handle attendance tracking and leave management (PL/CL/SL) for payroll inputs.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and organize Employee Engagement activities (Fun Fridays, Festivals, Birthdays, Team Outings).
  • Conduct "Stay Interviews" and one-on-one sessions to resolve employee grievances.
  • Foster a positive, transparent, and high-energy work environment.
  • Conduct smooth Exit Formalities and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.

4. HR MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain weekly/monthly recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare reports on hiring TAT (Turnaround Time) and attrition analysis.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in HR (Must have IT Recruitment experience).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is Mandatory.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Email drafting.
  • Personality: Approachable, energetic, and professional.
  • Location: Candidates staying in or near Hadapsar are preferred.
