Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer whose expertise lies at the intersection of structural packaging design and premium brand identity. This role is not just about making things look good; it is about engineering visual experiences. You will lead the design of custom packaging structures and craft brand identities that demand attention. We value high-end, dramatic, and cinematic editorial aesthetics. Your work will directly translate onto advanced production machinery, from multi-colour offset presses to large-scale UV printers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Premium Packaging Design & Structural Engineering:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality, innovative packaging solutions for a variety of B2B and retail clients.
• Develop precise dielines, 3D product mockups, and structural prototypes, ensuring designs are both aesthetically striking and functionally sound.
• Select appropriate substrates (e.g., premium boards, textured papers, corrugated materials) and incorporate post-press embellishments like spot UV, embossing, and foil stamping into the design files.
• Prepare flawless, print-ready files specifically calibrated for multi-colour offset printing equipment (such as Akiyama presses), ensuring perfect registration and color fidelity.

2. Brand Identity & Visual Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive brand identities from scratch, including logo design, typography selection, and rigorous brand guidelines.
• Execute high-contrast, premium, and visually dramatic design styles—drawing inspiration from high-end editorial and cinematic aesthetics—to elevate client brands.
• Lead internal design projects for Mayur Print N Pack’s own corporate identity, expertly utilizing our signature brand palettes, particularly the integration of bold reds, rich yellows, and striking golds.
• Ensure absolute visual consistency across all client touchpoints, from the primary product box to expansive outdoor advertising.

3. Large-Format & Production Integration:

• Scale intricate brand designs for large-format applications, ensuring high resolution and impact for digital wall paintings and large-scale signage.
• Optimize artwork for advanced large-format machinery (such as those utilizing Ricoh Gen 6 printheads), understanding the nuances of ink density and material absorption.
• Conduct rigorous pre-press checks (CMYK conversion, bleed, trapping, and overprint setups) and approve final proofs before mass production.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in packaging design, brand identity creation, and print production. Prior experience in a high-end advertising agency or premium commercial printing house is strongly preferred.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with 3D packaging software (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Esko Studio, or ArtiosCAD) is a massive advantage.
• Technical Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of the printing process from screen to press. You must know how design translates to offset printing, large-format flex/vinyl, and digital wall applications.
• Portfolio: A standout portfolio that heavily features structural packaging design, sophisticated brand identities, and high-end, editorial-style visual executions.
