About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior General Manager to lead the scaling of our Non-Fiction Content Library. This role requires a content-first leader who understands how to build, package, distribute, and monetize high-impact non-fiction content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate combines deep editorial instinct with sharp performance marketing expertise — someone who can seamlessly integrate content strategy with ad creation, and rigorously analyze both content and advertising performance to drive scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Non-Fiction Library Strategy & Scale -Define and execute the roadmap for scaling the non-fiction content library across categories such as personal finance, self-growth, business, health, learning, etc.
  • Content-First Growth Approach - Develop a content-led growth engine where storytelling and value delivery drive acquisition and retention.
  • Ad Creation & Performance Integration - Lead the creation of high-converting ad creatives rooted in strong content narratives. Ensure ads are not “marketing-first” but “content-first” in hook, storytelling, and engagement.
  • Performance & Analytics - Analyze content performance metrics: retention, completion rate, engagement time, subscription conversion, repeat consumption. Analyze ad performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, hook rate, thumb stop rate, etc.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build and lead a high-performing content strategy and creative team. Collaborate with performance marketing, analytics, product, and production teams.
  • Required Experience & Skills: 3– 8 years of experience in digital content, media, OTT, edtech, audio/video platforms, or similar ecosystem. Proven experience scaling a non-fiction content library at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subscription-based platforms.
  • Exposure to short-form video ecosystems and digital storytelling formats.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnel optimization (awareness → engagement → subscription).
  • MBA or equivalent business exposure (preferred but not mandatory).
