Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Malappuram,Kerala. The role involves managing client interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively to resolve concerns. The Executive will play a key role in enhancing brand loyalty and supporting Zuboc’s mission of delivering emotional and artistic value in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in customer service and a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and ability to address client concerns clearly and professionally
• Experience in client relations or customer management roles is preferred
• Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and provide tailored solutions
• Team-oriented and proactive with problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired
