Senior Functional Consultant - Contentstack

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Contentstack to lead the digital modernization of a client’s website, transitioning from a monolith to a MACH stack platform.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct process mapping for complex web applications
• Prepare and validate specifications and BDD requirements with clients and development teams
• Ensure proper design and implementation of headless CMS solutions using Contentstack or Contentful
• Define and capture requirements for SEO and web analytics integration
• Formulate requirements for API integrations
• Collaborate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support MACH stack implementation
• Document BA artifacts with precision and completeness
• Estimate efforts required for project tasks and deliverables
• Reverse engineer existing systems to extract functional and technical requirements
• Align project execution with the SAFe framework principles
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders based in Canada EST time zone
• Contribute to quality assurance by validating requirements against implemented solutions

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis with Contentstack
• Proven leadership in requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration
• Track record of managing digital modernization projects
• Strong technical knowledge of headless CMS platforms
• Excellent documentation and artifact creation skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma for UI/UX design
• Reverse engineering expertise
• Familiarity with AI adoption tools such as CodeMie agents
