Senior full stack developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications using Next.js and NestJS. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to guide a team, make architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
You will be working on complex, real-world projects and collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end development using Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend)
* Design scalable system architecture and make technical decisions
* Develop and optimize REST APIs and backend services
* Manage and design databases using MySQL and MongoDB
* Review code, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
* Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
* Handle deployments, CI/CD processes, and production issues
* Manage repositories and workflows using GitHub
* Take ownership of project delivery and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
2. Strong expertise in:
* Next.js (SSR, SSG, performance optimization)
* NestJS (modular architecture, API design)
* MySQL & MongoDB (schema design, optimization)
3. Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
4. Strong experience with GitHub (branching, PR reviews, CI workflows)
5. Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
6. Experience with authentication, security, and best practices
7. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
* Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
* Experience with microservices architecture
* Familiarity with GraphQL
* Experience in Shopify / eCommerce platforms
