Role Description

Are you ready to take on exciting challenges in SaaS products and product engineering?

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React. The role involves designing and implementing user-friendly and responsive web applications, collaborating closely with the back-end development and QA team, and ensuring seamless integration across all components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
• Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Take complete ownership of assigned modules and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Work efficiently in a small team setup with a strong sense of accountability
• Manage deliverables independently and ensure timelines are met
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth
• Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and technical trainings

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and React Native
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic experience with Vue.js (good to have)
• Experience with API integration & state management
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability towards deliverables
• Experience working in small teams with high ownership
• Ability to handle projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting KT sessions

Good to Have

• Experience across multiple domains (healthcare, edtech, ecommerce, etc.)
• Knowledge of performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git
