Job Responsibilities

Job Introduction

This position supports the Magna Powertrain CAD/PDM team in programming new functions for the PDM solution 3DExperience and participates in the support process for CAD systems.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintenance and continuous development of PLM - PDM software (3DExperience)
• Support in software development: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Assistance in elaborating PLM – PDM product requirements
• Assistance with creating software documentation
• Participation in the support process for CAD systems
• Participation in Scrum meetings and workshops
• Continuous improvement of agile software development processes
  
  

Knowledge And Education

• A bachelor or higher degree in computer science, information technology, or any technical study programs with work experience in that field is required
  
  

Work Experience

At least 5 - 6 years of job relevant experience.

Skills And Competencies

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, C# and GitHub
• Personality: Communication skills, professional appearance, willingness to travel, strong willingness to learn
• Good written and spoken English skills (customer meetings, communication with MAGNA)
  
  

Work Environment

Regular overnight travel 10-25% of the time
