About the role We are hiring a .NET Full Stack Developer to join a Singapore‑based technology team, working fully from home on weekdays. This is an urgent hiring drive for candidates who can start immediately and contribute to enterprise web applications used by clients across industries.

Key responsibilities • Join an agile development team to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, participate in solution design, and estimate effort for features or enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code for both back end and front end components.
• Implement RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, third‑party services, and cloud platforms as needed.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders in daily standups and regular sprint ceremonies.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents promptly.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, APIs, deployment guides, and user-facing features.
• Help improve CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and release processes over time.
• Stay updated on new technologies and propose improvements to system architecture or development workflow.

Required experience and skills • 10–15 years of proven experience in full stack software development with .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and a relational database such as SQL Server.
• Strong front‑end skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs, integrating with external services, and working with JSON/XML data formats.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and branching strategies for collaborative development.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented design, software design patterns, and clean coding principles.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience working in agile or scrum environments, comfortable with iterative delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to analyze issues and propose practical, timely solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English for remote collaboration across time zones.
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates should be ready to start on short notice.

Nice‑to‑have skills • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS, including services for compute, storage, and serverless functions.
• Exposure to containerization using Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, domain‑driven design, or CQRS patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Prior work with multi‑tenant SaaS products, enterprise applications, or regulated industries.
• Ability to contribute to UI/UX discussions and improve user experience.

Education and certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, or agile methodologies are a plus but not mandatory.

Work mode, hours, and location • Fully remote work from home.
• Monday to Friday work week; core overlap hours to be coordinated with Singapore time zone.
• Singapore company, global client context; no relocation required.
