What will you do?

• This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact product in a strong engineering culture.
• Drive the design, development, and enhancement of core features and functionalities of the observability platform, using modern technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring software engineers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems that support a growing customer base
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, researching and experimenting with innovative solutions to enhance the observability platform
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while advocating best practices
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, apply optimizations, and maintain platform stability and availability
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the engineering team

You should apply if

• You have 6+ years of experience in backend engineering roles
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java and related frameworks
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols and building scalable, reliable APIs
• Hands-on experience with Spring, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, message brokers, and GitHub
• Strong focus on performance optimization, debugging, and log management across services
• Experience participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
• Exposure to improving deployment and containerization workflows
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a SaaS / product environment (Highly preferred)
• (Nice to have) Experience using AWS for building and scaling cloud-native solutions
