This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and a deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems.

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Design and architect scalable frontend systems for both mobile, web and desktop
• Lead UI engineering strategy and implementation standards
• Build high-performance, data-intensive dashboards and enterprise interfaces
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize rendering performance and application load times
• Establish frontend best practices, coding standards, and review processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and AI teams
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, MUI, GraphQL.
• Strong expertise in ISR and SSR
• Deep understanding of component architecture and scalable UI systems
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and WebSocket integrations
• Proven experience in performance optimization and frontend scalability
• Experience working on production-grade enterprise applications

Preferred Experience

• Experience in AI-driven or healthcare platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
• Experience in high-growth product startups
