Designation : Project Manager

Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java technologies to manage end-to-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on development experience and the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based applications

Skills Required:

• 6–10 years of IT experience with a technical background in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
• Proven experience managing Java-based projects Hands-on understanding of application architecture and design Experience with Agile methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Project management & delivery ownership Client Interaction

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and manage the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and production support Lead and coordinate technical and cross-functional teams Participate in technical design discussions and provide guidance using Java expertise Plan, track, and control project scope, timelines, and quality Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with Agile / Scrum and SDLC processes Oversee releases, deployments, and production issue resolution

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
