Senior Front-End Engineer – Mobile & Web (Flutter, React | AI-Native) - Immediate Opening

📍 Goa, India (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Valari Solutions is a Minnesota-based software and AI consulting company building modern, scalable products for startups and internal ventures through Valari Venture Studios. We are intentionally evolving into an AI-native engineering organization, where experienced engineers pair strong fundamentals with AI-powered development workflows to ship faster, cleaner, and more reliably.

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep Flutter/mobile experience who can also contribute meaningfully to web and backend systems. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who has shipped real products to production and understands the full lifecycle of modern applications.

• Lead and own Flutter mobile development for production iOS and Android applications
• Build, debug, and deploy iOS apps using Xcode (macOS required) and Android tooling
• Handle subscription-based in-app purchases, with particular focus on Apple App Store subscriptions, billing issues, and store compliance
• Deploy and maintain apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Build and maintain modern web applications using React (TypeScript)
• Contribute to backend services using Node.js (APIs, integrations, business logic)
• Actively use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development, refactor code, debug issues, and improve quality
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams in a hybrid work environment
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
• Support both client projects and Valari Venture Studios internal products

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong, hands-on Flutter experience in production environments

Proven experience:

• Deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Working with subscription-based in-app purchases, especially on iOS
• Must own and use a Mac for iOS builds and Xcode deployments

Solid experience with:

• React / TypeScript
• Node.js backend development
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, release management, and store review processes
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with minimal oversight

We are not experimenting with AI — we use it daily.

You must:

• Actively use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Be comfortable pairing AI with strong engineering judgment
• Be interested in continuously improving development speed and quality through AI-assisted workflows
