Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Compensation: $85,000-100,000 + bonus

Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
• This person MUST have experience in public accounting OR strong technical accounting experience
• CPA or Masters in preferred

What You'll Be Doing:

• Does research on new accounting pronouncements
• Ensure that internal and external financial statements are in compliance with GAAP requirements
• Helps to lead implementations of new accounting standards
• Assists in the consolidated financial preparation process
• Arranges audits, special projects, and reviews
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal controls and implement new procedure based on results from testing
• Make sure all earning release deadlines are met
• Work alongside external auditors to ensure they have all required information
• Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
