• Led Finance Division operations including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy execution.
• Managed AP, AR, Payroll, GL, taxation compliance, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepared and finalized monthly & annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handled cash flow forecasting, treasury management, banking operations, and fund utilization.
• Maintained chart of accounts and expenditure classification (Capex vs Opex).
• Reviewed contracts, invoices, payment documents, and agreements for compliance and accuracy.
• Supervised billing, collections, and vendor/customer account management.
• Developed and implemented credit policy, investment policy, and accounting procedures.
• Managed bank relations, international fund transfers, and audit documentation.
• Ensured compliance with statutory requirements, taxation regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepared cash forecast statements and financial analysis reports.
• Coordinated with internal stakeholders, auditors, and financial institutions.
