KRA1 Provide coordination and MIS support to the Regional Manager to capture performance parameters. 1. Collate vital data to enable decisions making by the

Regional Manager.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the on-business trends and activities, gaps and opportunities.
• Provide admin related assistance to Function Head.
• Assist in creating availability of Dashboards HOS on key performance metrics
  
  

KRA2 Develop automation to reduce TAT and increase data integrity 1. Create MACROS/Dash boarding capabilities

• Develop control checks to ensure process compliance.
