Fashion Designer / Textile Designer Hiring Men’s Ethnic Wear | Full-Time / Hybrid

Are you passionate about creating premium men’s ethnic fashion that blends tradition with modern style? We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer or Textile Designer with hands-on experience in men’s ethnic wear to join our growing team.

If you have a strong eye for detail, fabric understanding, embroidery knowledge, and a portfolio that reflects luxury ethnic aesthetics, we’d love to connect with you.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in designing men’s ethnic wear including sherwanis, kurtas, bandhgalas, Indo-western outfits, and festive collections
• Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, embroidery techniques, and garment construction
• Creative mindset with trend awareness and strong design visualization skills
• Ability to create mood boards, collection concepts, and design presentations
• Experience coordinating with production and merchandising teams
• Proficiency in design tools and sketching preferred
• Comfortable working in a full-time or hybrid setup

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal and festive ethnic wear collections
• Research market trends, fabrics, colors, and embroidery inspirations
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure premium finishing and fit
• Create innovative yet commercially viable designs
• Maintain brand aesthetics and quality standards across collections
