Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager — Purchase (Electrical)

Location: Usmanpura, Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 8—10 Years (Mandatory experience in FIBC Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase professional with strong expertise in electrical procurement for FIBC manufacturing plants. The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of electrical components for critical operations such as extrusion lines, circular looms, lamination, printing, and bag conversion lines, along with project and utility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Procurement:

a)  Source electrical components for extrusion lines, looms, lamination, printing, and conversion machines.

b)  Procure motors, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, cables, switchgear, heaters, and controllers.

2.   Vendor Management

3.   Breakdown & Spare Planning

4.   Cost Optimization

5.   Technical Coordination

6.   Inventory Control

7.   Project Procurement

·   Strong understanding of FIBC manufacturing machinery and electrical systems

·   Experience in handling imported machine spares (European/Asian OEMs)

·   Excellent negotiation and vendor development skills

·   Knowledge Df ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / others)

·   Ability to manage breakdown situations effectively

·   Strong coordination with cross-functiDnal teams

Qualification & Experience:

· Additional certification in Procurement/Supply Chain is an advantage

Between 40K — 60K CTC per month (No Bar for the right candidate)
