Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Executive/AM

Department: Human Resources

Location: Gurgaon

Work Days: 6 days


Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day centrailised operations primarily payroll and HR tech-related requests. This is an individual contributor role. As part of the Corporate HR Team, the incumbent will be responsible to 1) support unit/ business HR Operations teams 2) ability to independently execute HR Operations directly for assigned teams/ new businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll administration – coordinating payroll inputs and drive strong controls to ensure 100% accurate payroll delivery
  • Support benefits administration (leave, insurance, others)
  • Understanding and ability to own compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations – NPS, PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, PT, others
  • Own HRIS and other HR-related systems as an owner of HR KPI concerning accuracy of data and exactness of payroll
  • Address employee queries on HR processes, benefits administration, attendance, leave, payslips, etc


Skills

  • 3-5yrs experience as an HR generalist or operations in a multi-location set up and Company-size of 5,000 plus staff
  • Sound understanding of HR policies and their inter-linkages with processes
  • Experience with SAP and other HR applications; good command over excel

  • The individual will be responsible to work with Unit HR Operations team, recruiters, compliance teams, and other business stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate HR Operations.
  • A very key component is proactive-ness to solve problems and team player attitude.
