Job Title: Finance Executive

Company: Della Townships

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Six days a week

Travel: Travel required across project locations

Role Overview

Della Townships is seeking a Finance Executive with experience in real estate or township projects to support financial planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management review.
Assist in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support development and maintenance of financial models for township and real estate projects.
Monitor project costs, cash flows, and financial performance.
Assist in evaluation and tracking of project contracts and financial commitments.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for financial data and reporting.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and financial control processes across projects.
Travel to project sites when required for financial reviews and coordination.

Job Expectations

Required Skills

Strong experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Good understanding of project finance and cost monitoring.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred).

Minimum Job Experience

3–6 years of experience in finance roles within real estate or township projects.
