Position Overview (Sweet Karam Coffee India Pvt Ltd)

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Finance professional to own the end-to-end financial control of logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, cross- functional coordination, and a compliance mindset to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile logistics payments at shipment/AWB level and verify charges.
• Ensure POD collection and follow up on pending/missing PODs.
• Perform regular inventory checks and resolve stock differences.
• Support inventory audits with warehouses and auditors.
• Track and reconcile all returns (RTO, customer, expiry).
• Handle claims for lost/damaged shipments and follow up on insurance.
• Ensure proper insurance coverage and track renewals.
• Identify cost leakages and improve processes with teams.
• Prepare MIS reports on freight, returns, shrinkage, and claims.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
• 4–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse finance
• Good understanding of logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, and freight costs
• Experience in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis
• Basic knowledge of insurance (transit, marine, warehouse)
• Strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
