Job Responsibilities

• Design and create comprehensive training content for technical sales, processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop interactive and practical learning materials, including presentations, role-play scenarios, and case studies.
• Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for sales, operations and other teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
• Customize training delivery to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.
• Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
• Continuously refine training strategies to improve effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Train teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and sales tools.
• Document attendance, feedback, and performance improvements for all training programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging technical sales and process training.
• Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training outcomes.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and process optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training or Process Training, with a focus on technical sales.
