Role Overview :


Senior Executive – Integrated Marketing to lead the planning and execution of both Nykaa-funded and brand-funded marketing campaigns across Nykaa’s Beauty, Luxe & Wellness categories. This role requires a creative thinker and sharp executor who can deliver seamless, 360° integrated campaigns that drive impact across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of content strategy, stakeholder management, innovation, and strong executional excellence to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand narrative.


Role Description :


1. Nykaa-Funded Campaigns Execution

  • Build impactful, insight-led campaign pitches and curate strategic campaign packages tailored to business objectives.
  • Plan detailed content calendars and phasing for optimal storytelling across platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams (design, content, performance) and external partners (agencies, vendors, creators).
  • Track and report campaign performance against KPIs, ensuring optimization where needed.
  • Manage campaign budgets and P&Ls, ensuring spends are aligned with objectives.
  • Ensure the presence of upper-funnel assets for maximum amplification and discoverability.


2. Brand-Funded Campaigns Execution

  • Partner with brand teams to co-create high-impact collaborative campaigns, from pitch to delivery.
  • Customize content solutions and campaign structures that balance brand needs with platform behavior.
  • Maintain clear communication with brand stakeholders, ensuring campaign expectations are met across timelines, creative, and results.
  • Manage campaign tracking, performance reports, and financial reconciliation.


3. Innovative Ideas & Campaign Thinking

  • Constantly seek opportunities to enhance existing campaigns with creative, out-of-the-box marketing approaches.
  • Explore and develop extendable IP formats and use Nykaa’s owned properties (IPs) in unique thematic ways.
  • Collaborate across verticals (content, comms, growth, category) to co-develop fresh initiatives.
  • Regularly test, evaluate, and optimize the impact of new formats and strategies.


4. Content Creation (360)

  • Participate in asset creation for HHH (Hero-Hub-Hygiene) and Integrated Marketing campaigns—including conceptualization, scripting, and video editing.
  • Lead execution of self-shot campaign assets, including video direction, on-screen presence, and production support.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams for quality control and alignment with campaign objectives.


5. Data Driven Insights & Creatives - Canva Superstar!

  • Work with the data team to derive insights on a monthly basis - based on search patterns, launch analysis’ & business numbers.
  • Translate these insights into ad-creatives (including copy+design) - and run creative marketing experiments with the ad team.



Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :


  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, or integrated campaigns.
  • Strong campaign thinking and understanding of digital platforms.
  • Experience in handling campaign budgets, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, design aesthetics, and content formats.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
