The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for restaurant and corporate roles, possess strong sourcing skills, and be able to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for restaurant and corporate roles, possess strong sourcing skills, and be able to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for restaurant operations, kitchen, corporate, and support function roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and able to meet hiring TAT.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate salary within company guidelines and issue offer letters.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, fine - dining restaurant chains, QSR or Hotels
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
